Parish Calendar

Parish Facilities & Room Reservations

Parish facilities that may be reserved for events and meetings are listed below. Those reserving facilities are responsible for reviewing,  and adhering to,  the  Policies & Guidelines For Use of Parish Facilities . Requests to reserve a parish facility should be made to the parish rectory at least three (3) weeks prior to the event. Requests can be made online, by email, by calling the rectory, or by completing the Parish Facilities Reservation Form.

Reserving a Facility Online

The head of an organization or his/her delegate is authorized to reserve a parish facility for his/her organization.  Online reservations are made directly on the calendar page of the website

• Review existing scheduled activities for the date(s) you are requesting to determine if a conflict exists for that facility
• If the facility is available, click "Add Event" near the top left of the screen
• Complete all pertinent fields regarding your event. "Calendar" indicates the group or ministry requesting a reservation. "Category" indicates the facility to be reserved
• Contact information must be provided
• When complete, click "Add Event" at the bottom of the page

The request will be reviewed.  If no conflict exists, the event will be confirmed and published on the website. If a conflict exits, you will be notified to choose an alternate date or time.

If tables, chairs, other equipment or setup of a space is requested, please submit  the Parish Faclilities Reservation Form, even if space has been reserved online.

Annex – Room accommodating 20-25 people

Barry Gym – Large gymnasium with stage area/Attatched Kitchen available

Kalas Center - Entryway and Barry Gym area, inclusive

Wisdom Hall – Smaller gymnasium/Attached Kitchen available

Ministry Center (MC)

Living Room – Accommodates up to 40 people

Dining Room – Accommodates up to 40 people

South Room – Accommodates up to 80 people

North Room – Accommodates up to 40 people

Chapel – Accommodates up to 35 people
