The Council of Catholic of Women (CCW) unites a group of faith-filled women for service and philanthropy to the parish and community and provides a means for socialization through various guild organizations. Membership is divided into guilds (groups) which appeal to a wide range of women at different stages of their lives. Guilds meet monthly for socialization and service planning. We have guilds that were formed more than 40 years ago as well as guilds formed in the last few years. Guild membership range from retirees to women who are raising young families. The various guilds provide service to the parish and community in a variety of ways: hospitality after Sunday masses, feeding the hungry at the Sunday Suppers and PADS facilities, sandwich making projects, facilitating Blanket of Dreams, and helping with various outreach programs. Guilds also do fundraising projects for the parish providing the means for altar breads, youth ministry, The Father Clark Scholarship Award, school retreats and funding many other projects. Many of the Guilds will also raise funds to provide social outreach to families in need or for a specific organization.
